[A] We produce religious jewelry in 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, Brass, and Zinc Alloy, as well as by customer’s request.

[A] The process is simple: First, send your design to get a price quote. Second, once the price is confirmed, arrange the sample fee payment. Finally, we will produce a sample based on your design. A CAD design will be provided for confirmation before opening the mold.

[A] Yes, we ship worldwide using reliable carriers like DHL, FedEx, or UPS, offering competitive rates and fast delivery, typically within 3-5 days.

[A] Each item is individually packed in a plastic bag. We also offer custom-made packaging solutions to meet your branding needs.

[A] For damaged, defective, or missing UNUSED merchandise, a credit or replacement will be applied. All returns must be reported to our Sales Representative within 7 days upon receipt.
