[Q] Do you make customized jewelry?

We love custom orders designed by you! Please send us your designs, and we will provide related information including Mold Fee, Delivery Time, MOQ, Price, and etc. for your further reference.

[Q] Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes, it is hypoallergenic. Our items are produced Lead-Free, Cadmium-Free & Nickel-Free (Safe), under the Standard of Prop 65 & REACH regulation.

[Q] Which metals do you use?

We produce religious jewelry in 925 Sterling Silver, Stainless Steel, Brass, Zinc Alloy, and as well as by Customer’s request.

[Q] How do I place an order?

First, please send your design to quote the price. Second, when the price is confirmed, arrange the sample fee payment. Lastly, we shall produce the sample based on your design. A CAD design will be provided for confirmation before opening the mold.

[Q] Do you ship Worldwide? By what shipping method?

Yes, we usually ship by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, as we have very competitive rates. They deliver worldwide fast and efficiently, with most shipments arriving within 3-5 days.

[Q] What is the lead time?

We try to ship approximately 3 weeks after receiving payment, but this still depends on your order size and designs.

[Q] What is the Return Policy?

For damaged, defective, or missing UNUSED merchandise, a credit or replacement will be applied and can be returned on the next order. All returns must be reported to our Sales Representative within 7 days upon receipt.
